By accessing or using the Famikid mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Famikid is a daycare management application that allows:
• Managing profiles (children, parents, educators, directors)
• Keeping a daily journal (meals, naps, activities, mood)
• Communicating via secure messaging
• Tracking attendance and event calendar
• Sharing photos and receiving real-time notifications
• Reserved for users of legal age (18 years and older)
• Directors create daycares and invite their team
• Parents are invited by the daycare to access their children's information
• You must provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password
Available Plans:
• Basic: 1-10 children ($24.99 CAD/month or $249.99 CAD/year)
• Pro: 1-30 children ($43.00 CAD/month or $429.99 CAD/year)
• Premium: Unlimited ($59.99 CAD/month or $600.00 CAD/year)
Trial Period: 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card required for trial.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime via app settings or App Store/Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree to:
• Use the application legally and ethically
• Respect the rights of other users
• Maintain confidentiality of children's information
• Not share inappropriate content
• Report any abusive behavior
All rights to the application, its content, and trademark belong to GeGeek Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the application.
The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you also accept this policy.
By you: You can close your account anytime via app settings.
By us: We may suspend or close your account if you violate these terms, your account remains inactive for more than 12 months, fraudulent activity is detected, or subscription fees are not paid.
Within the limits authorized by law:
• The application is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information
• We are not responsible for data loss
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
